Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between MR. PIT ("the provider", "we") and the person or company ordering services ("the client", "you") through mr-pit.com, by phone, Telegram or WhatsApp. By submitting a service request, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of services

MR. PIT provides professional detailing across three directions:

• Textile Detailing - cleaning of upholstered furniture, mattresses, carpets, curtains and tulle;
• Aircraft Detailing - interior and exterior detailing of aircraft;
• Yacht Detailing - detailing of the hull, deck and interior of yachts and boats.

The specific list of work and of the materials to be treated is agreed individually depending on the object and the chosen service package.

3. Placing an order

Orders are placed through the form on the site, by phone, on Telegram or on WhatsApp. After receiving a request, an MR. PIT representative contacts the client to confirm details, agree the price and set a date for the team's visit.

For Textile Detailing a minimum order applies, as stated on the site at the time of the request (the amount may differ by country/currency).

4. Pricing and payment

Textile Detailing prices shown on the site are indicative and may be refined after an in-person inspection of the object (for example, where there is difficult soiling). Prices for Aircraft Detailing and Yacht Detailing are set individually after assessing the object and are provided as a quote.

Payment is accepted by the methods shown on the site (cash, bank card, and also cryptocurrency - USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum - by arrangement). The specific method and timing of payment (before or after the work) is agreed individually.

5. Cancelling or rescheduling an order

The client may cancel or reschedule an order by giving advance notice (we recommend no later than 24 hours before the scheduled visit) to avoid possible additional costs related to the logistics of the visit.

6. Responsibilities of the parties

MR. PIT undertakes to carry out the work professionally, using certified chemistry and equipment, and treating the client's property with care. If property is damaged through the provider's fault during the service, the parties agree on compensation on a case-by-case basis.

MR. PIT is not responsible for hidden defects in materials (fabric, leather, coatings) that appear or worsen during a standard cleaning procedure and could not have been identified in advance during inspection.

The client undertakes to provide accurate information about the condition of the object and to warn about known features or vulnerable areas (for example, old damage to fabric or leather).

7. Intellectual property

The content of mr-pit.com (text, images, logos, design) is the property of MR. PIT or is used on a lawful basis. Copying or use without written consent is prohibited.

8. Changes to the terms

MR. PIT reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
