• dense fabrics, velour, coarse weave and furniture with thick filling - up to 24 hours.

Once we finish, the sofa is usually damp to the touch but not wet. Professional equipment extracts as much residual moisture from the fabric as possible, so it dries far faster than after cleaning it yourself.

What affects drying speed?

Fabric type. Different materials hold moisture differently:

• microfibre, faux suede - dry faster;
• chenille, velour, coarse weave - may need more time;
• dense natural fabrics - dry longer because of their fibre structure.

Sofa filling. It is not only the top fabric layer that matters, but how deep the soiling has gone. If the sofa has a thick layer of foam or many layers of filling, moisture evaporates more slowly.

Room conditions. The sofa dries faster if:

• the room is at 20–25°C;
• there is fresh air coming in;
• ventilation or an air conditioner in dry mode is running;
• there is space around the furniture for air to circulate.

Can I sit on the sofa right after cleaning?

We recommend waiting until the fabric is completely dry. Using the sofa while it is still damp can:

• slow down drying;
• leave marks on the fabric;
• encourage dirt to build up again.

It is best to use the sofa once it is fully dry - usually 6–12 hours after the procedure.

How can I speed up drying?

After cleaning you can:

• open the windows to air the room;
• turn on ventilation;
• keep the space around the sofa clear;
• avoid covering the sofa with throws or fabric until it is fully dry.

Yes, we work with difficult and set-in stains, but the result depends on the type of contamination, the fabric and how long the stain has been there. Such cases use an additional procedure with specially selected products and cleaning techniques. If you have old stains, be sure to tell the technician about them before the work starts, so we can assess the situation correctly and choose the best cleaning method. The cost of this treatment is agreed individually depending on how difficult the stain is.

Just clear access to the furniture (remove small items from the surface) - the technician handles the rest of the prep (floor protection, setting up the equipment). You will also need access to hot and cold water and electricity at the place where the cleaning is done.
